Managing Partner & CEO of Galileo Global Securities
François Pagès has over 25 years of a strong International Banking experience with postings in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Over the years he has been involved in creating numerous new businesses, reviewing and implementing acquisitions in the financial industry as well as managing teams of financial professionals.

Dr. Thomas Fallows joined Galileo Global Securities as Managing Director in August 2017. He brings over 35 years of banking experience working both globally (Citigroup and Chase Manhattan/JPMorgan) and domestically in Saudi Arabia (The Saudi Investment Bank and Saudi Fransi Capital).

Daniel Grasman has over twenty years of global advisory and investment experience with postings in Europe, Asia, South America and Australia. He has advised numerous global companies in the industrial, technology, oil & gas, and materials sectors on their strategy and on their major investment decisions, including M&A and large capital investments. Moreover, he has served as an institutional investor in the industrial, oil & gas, and materials sectors.

Jean-Claude Gruffat is Managing Director Galileo Global Securities. Prior to this move, he was posted in New York as a Managing Director for Citigroup. He acted as a senior calling officer worldwide on large multinational clients of the firm.

Masazumi Nakayama (“Nak”) has joined Galileo Global Securities LLC in New York as a Managing Director. Prior to this position, he was a Managing Director for Citigroup at Global Corporate and Investment Banking serving the firm since April 1982.

Edite Ligere is a British barrister. She advises global financial institutions and others on financial regulation, cyber security, data protection, human rights, international law, UN law, EU law and related matters.
Associate
Rayane Achich joined Galileo in April 2018. He focuses on Galileo’s cross border M&A assignments, with a focus on Western Europe and US related transactions, as well as corporate advisory work in the Industrial, Technology, and Consumer sectors.
Senior Associate
Jessica Levaux joined Galileo in September 2017 as an analyst. She is involved in the execution of strategic advisory mandates globally. Before to join Galileo, she was an intern in the London branch of Commerzbank AG and in a Singaporean tech startup called Giift.com.

Christopher McIlwaine joined Galileo in July 2015. He focuses on Galileo’s cross border M&A assignments, with a focus on Western Europe and US related transactions, as well as corporate advisory work in the Industrial, Financial Services, and Consumer sectors.

Gabriel joined Galileo in June 2019 as an associate. Before joining Galileo, he was an M&A intern for DC Advisory in Germany and Credit Agricole CIB in France, as well as a Private Equity Fund of Fund intern for a French public sector financial institution.

Isabel Verkes moved to New York City in 2014 to gain additional corporate experience in an international setting. She has a background in philosophy and law, from the University of Amsterdam and Columbia Law School.
Chief of Staff
Corinne joined Galileo in July 2018 as Chief of Staff to the company’s Chairman and CEO. In addition to managing all calendars, appointments and travel for the CEO, Corinne is also the Office Manager and Human Resources Coordinator for Galileo Global Group, overseeing all office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, as well as monitoring all administrative projects. She is the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
CFO
Katarina joined the company in May 2010 as Controller, managing the accounting and treasury departments, and supervising the human resources department and relations with third parties. She oversees the accounting operations, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
Project Manager
Elizabeth Moran joined Galileo in 2014 as Chief of Staff to the company’s Chairman & CEO. She now serves as a project manager for the company focusing on a wide-range of assignments, including but not limited to website development, corporate event planning and the marketing/promotion of published materials.
